On Friday, March 14, former Eugene Ashley High School standout Branton Jernigan’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Carolina A&T Aggies.

The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against North Carolina A&T Aggies.
