David Rouzer has served in Congress since replacing Mike McIntyre in 2015 after previously serving in the North Carolina Senate from 2009 to 2013. Born in Landstuhl, West Germany in 1972, he now resides in Wilmington and holds a BS degree from North Carolina State University obtained in 1994.
