On Friday, April 4, former Topsail High School standout Ryan Garmendiz’s current college team, the Guilford Quakers, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Shenandoah Hornets.

The game took place at Jim Barnett Park. This was their first matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Quakers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Jim Barnett Park against Shenandoah Hornets.
