Notice has been issued regarding a Joint Special Meeting involving the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners and the County Planning Board. The meeting, scheduled for May 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., will focus on updates to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. It will be held at the New Hanover County Government Center in Wilmington, NC.

Following this joint meeting, the Agenda Review meeting will take place. This session, originally set for 4:00 p.m., has been rescheduled to follow immediately after the prior meeting in the same location, Conference Rooms 138-139.

The meeting will be accessible to both the public and the media via NHCTV, available on Spectrum Cable channel 13, NHCTV.com, and YouTube.com/NewHanoverCo. Post-meeting, replays can be viewed on the New Hanover County website and NHCTV.
