On Saturday, May 3, former John T. Hoggard High School standout Gracie Mabrey’s current college team, the Wilmington Wildcats, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning.

The game took place at Seaside Park Softball Complex. This was their fourth matchup against the Lightning this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 8 at 11 a.m. at Jackson Athletic Complex against SNHU Penmen.
