QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Belville
Board of Adjustment on the application for a variance submitted by Jason Akins of 16
Pointe Properties LLC, as agent for Joseph and Kelly DelVecchio (the owners), for
property located at 1025 Club Court, Brunswick County Parcel ID No. 048FF050. The
application seeks a variance from Section 5.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a
specified encroachment into a required setback.
Persons/entities having standing under N.C.G.S. §160A-393(d) may appear at the hearing
and offer evidence.
