Town of Burgaw issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
The Town of Burgaw is currently accepting applications to fill vacant seats on the following advisory committees: Planning & Zoning Board (2 regular seats, 1 ETJ seat), Police Advisory Board (1 seat), and the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee (1 seat). Applicants for the regular seats on the Planning & Zoning Board, as well as the seats on the Police Advisory Board and Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee must be residents of the corporate limits of Burgaw. Applicants for the ETJ seat on the Planning & Zoning Board must reside within the town’s ETJ (Contact the Planning Director at 663-3451 for more information).
Application may be downloaded or picked up at Town Hall. Completed applications must be submitted by December 3, 2021 at 5 PM to the Town Clerk at 109 N Walker Street, Burgaw, NC 28425.
