The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate David Cheston Rouzer, David Rouzer for Congress, refunded $500 to Patrick Ballantine on Feb. 4, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

David Rouzer for Congress has refunded $11,110 total since Sept. 1, 2020.
