New Hanover County Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
See real knights fight! Touch real armor! Learn about medieval history!
Upon arrival guests will decorate their own golden crown and join the royal court to see and touch medieval armor and weaponry! Then our court jester Mr. Scooter and Lady Jaimie will perform a medieval storytime followed by a duel featuring the SCA Kingdom’s most skilled knights!
Recommended For Ages 4 & Up. Registration is required. In the event of bad weather, this program will occur on 2/19.
