The Small Business Center (SBC) at Brunswick Community College (BCC) is instrumental in helping local area entrepreneurs

The Small Business Center (SBC) at Brunswick Community College (BCC) is instrumental in helping local area entrepreneurs realize their dream of owning a successful business. Tracy Green, owner of Hand Crafted Massage and Crafts in Southport is one of them and grateful for the assistance she received. “I was referred to April Scott at BCC by the Chamber of Commerce,” said Tracy. “She has been a life saver, helping me get my EIN number, register with the state, and continually directing me to the wealth of information that’s offered free of charge from the Small Business Center. I appreciate everything she and the center has done to help get my business up and growing.”

If you haven’t heard of Hand Crafted Massage and Crafts, you will want to check it out. Tracy works with her clients to create customized massage sessions. She offers massage that relaxes, restores, and rejuvenates. She is mobile and can be found with her massage table or chair at the beach, office, and even in the backyard around a bon fire. Tracy’s business is in the Olde Southport Village Shoppes at 1102 N. Howe Street in Southport. You can find her on Facebook and call to schedule an appointment at (336) 692-5118.

In addition to personal confidential business counseling, the SBC offers co-working space, a business and industry incubator program, and a whole host of free seminars and webinars.
