If you’ve ever had a facial you know first-hand what a relaxing and rejuvenating experience it is. What you may not know is that facials are done by highly trained Estheticians who also perform hair removal, microdermabrasion, makeup application, chemical peels, and more. Brunswick Community College (BCC) graduated its most recent class of Estheticians last week during a special ceremony officiated by Onya Gardner, Dean of Continuing Education & Workforce Development at BCC. The graduates, Natyra Gore, Chelsea Vassaur, Sharon Patterson, Mary Rumbold, Alexis McMillan, and Hannah Patrick are now eligible to sit for the North Carolina State Board Licensure Exam. Congratulations to all students and instructors! To find out about future Esthetics courses, or other Beauty and Wellness career training, contact onestop@brunswickcc.edu or call 910-755-7320.
