New Hanover County Schools partners with the Wilmington Downtown Rotary Club to recognize excellence in our Beginning Teachers. The Rookie of the Year process honors teachers in their 2nd and 3rd years.
The Rotary will host a Rookie of the Year Banquet to announce the winner on February 14.
