Detention Officers with the Brunswick County Detention Center participated in a state mandated in-service training and team building course yesterday at the BCSO Training Facility. The team building aspect challenged the officers in critical skills such as decision making, communication, supervision, etc.
Chief Deputy Brian Chism stopped by to speak to the group, and volunteered to participate in a restraint chair techniques and safety exercise!
Great job by Major Sammy Turner and his team who facilitated the training.
It was a great time of learning and fellowship with the Officers.
