On February 12, 2025, Rep. Rouzer congratulated Tulsi Gabbard on her confirmation as Director of National Intelligence. He stated: "Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard on being confirmed as Director of National Intelligence! With her understanding of global security and commitment to truth, she's a great choice to lead our nation's intelligence efforts."
The following day, February 13, 2025, he expressed his approval of RFK Jr.'s confirmation as Secretary of Health and Human Services. Rep. Rouzer remarked: "Great to see RFK Jr. confirmed as Secretary of HHS! For too long, our nation’s health has been put on the back burner. RFK Jr. understands a healthy America is key for a prosperous America. Looking forward to the positive changes ahead!"
Later that same day, he commented positively on Brooke Rollins' appointment as Secretary of Agriculture: "Brooke Rollins will be an excellent Secretary of Agriculture. She will safeguard our nation’s food security, strengthen our export markets, and be an asset in advancing and implementing a robust Farm Bill." He further emphasized her potential impact on North Carolina's agricultural sector.
