The University of North Carolina at Wilmington Board of Trustees will hold a special called meeting at 9 a.m. on March 12 in Alderman Hall, Room 215, according to an announcement released on March 9.

The meeting is set to address university business and will include participation by most or all board members through electronic connection. Some agenda items may be discussed in closed session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act.
