Joint Media Release from the Warren County Sheriff’s office, Bowling Green / Warren County Drug Task Force,  Warren County Commonwealth's Attorneys Office, Specialized Investigations Division Neighborhood Safety Unit (NSU) and the Middle Tennessee Drug Related Death Task Force (TBI HIDTA) 

On Tuesday, 2/21/23 at 12:51 hours, The Warren County Sheriff's Office responded along with EMS and fire to 267 Walnut Creek Court for a reported overdose. Upon arrival, 21 year old female, Baylee Mcclanahan, Lebanon, TN. was found deceased. 

Warren County Sheriff’s Office in collaboration with the Bowling Green/ Warren County Drug Task Force Detectives were able to identify the suspected drug dealer was from Nashville, TN. 

Nashville Neighborhood Safety Unit Detectives were able to confirm that the suspect had five outstanding warrants. They set up a controlled drug purchase from the suspected dealer and as she approached were able to take her into custody. Subsequent to her arrest Detectives located 25 grams of fentanyl, 27 grams of meth laced with fentanyl, and 7 grams of black tar heroin on her person. A search warrant was issued for her motel room and additional items were seized.

Suspect was lodged in Nashville Corrections for the distribution of fentanyl. 

The Warren County Commonwealth's Attorneys Office has issued a Manslaughter 2nd warrant for Hannah Lynn Forkum for the overdose death in Warren County.

Forkum will be extradited back to Warren County following her court appearances in Nashville.
