The Wilmington City Council wishes to provide City residents the opportunity to participate in City Government to the maximum extent. The City Council is inviting interested citizens to offer their services to the following Boards, Commissions, and Committees:
LOAN REVIEW BOARD – (3) POSITIONS
• CPA Representative
• Insurance Industry Representative
• At Large
MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT (MSD)
ADVISORY COMMITTEE – (1) POSITION
• Property Owner > $2million (within the MSD)
NEW HANOVER COUNTY/CITY OF WILMINGTON
COMMUNITY RELATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE – (1) POSITION
• Representative from the Civil Rights Community
PARKS & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD (1) POSITION
JOINT CITY/COUNTY WORKFORCE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMITTEE – (1) POSITION
• Representative from the Financial Community
NCINO SPORTS PARK USER GROUP ADVISORY COMMITTEE – (3) POSITIONS
• Representative from a Youth Football group
• Representative from the Convention & Visitors Bureau
• Representative from the City’s Parks & Recreation Advisory Board
