Stiegler EdTech, in collaboration with the City of Wilmington and local community leaders, has launched the Careers in Technology Apprenticeship Cohort (CTAC) program to provide new opportunities for individuals to pursue careers in the technology sector. As stated by the program, graduates have "moved onto roles at places like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Truist, nCino, Live Oak Bank, and many more."

The CTAC program aims to attract adults who are enthusiastic about starting their careers in technology. Successful applicants will benefit from a $17,500 stipend, wrap-around services, and the prospect of securing a full-time position upon completion of the 24-week apprenticeship. The initiative not only supports individuals in advancing their careers but also enables sponsor companies to access qualified talent, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship within the community.

Individuals interested in applying for the program can find more information and submit their applications at the official website of Stiegler EdTech. The deadline for applications is March 18th. Furthermore, an information session has been scheduled for March 12 at Live Oak Bank's campus, located at 1757 Tiburon Drive.

This program offers a promising opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in the technology industry while also providing companies with access to skilled professionals. Interested individuals are encouraged to seize this chance to embark on a rewarding journey in the world of technology.
