Congressman David Rouzer and Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne have introduced legislation aimed at deporting aliens who engage in criminal activity during pro-terrorism or antisemitic demonstrations, particularly those impacting university campuses nationwide.

Rouzer emphasized the importance of restoring law and order, stating, "America must not tolerate the criminal behavior by radical protestors occupying campuses across the country, including those the United States has allowed into our country on student visas."

Van Duyne echoed Rouzer's sentiments, expressing the need to address individuals who promote hatred and support terrorism, saying, "It is time to deal swiftly and decisively with those who would come to our amazing country and incite hatred for America, hatred for the Jewish people, and despicably demand support for Hamas terrorism."

The proposed legislation, known as the Hamas Supporters Have No Home Here Act, seeks to expand the Immigration and Nationality Act to enable the deportation of individuals involved in criminal activities during pro-terrorism or antisemitic gatherings. Van Duyne stressed that the bill aims to add real consequences to the lawless actions of those who seek to bring terrorism and anarchy to the United States.

The full text of the legislation is available for review, as lawmakers work to address the issue of criminal behavior during such demonstrations.
