On February 4, 2025, Rep. Rouzer endorsed Chris Wright as Secretary of Energy, emphasizing Wright's experience and vision for sustainable energy solutions. He stated that Wright's expertise will be crucial as the nation transitions to cleaner and more resilient energy systems. "Chris Wright’s experience and vision for a sustainable, secure energy future will be invaluable as we transition to cleaner, more resilient energy systems. He’s a great choice for tackling the challenges ahead as Secretary of Energy."

Later that day, Rouzer praised Doug Collins' appointment as Secretary of Veterans Affairs, citing Collins’ background in both military service and congressional work. He recalled their time together in the House of Representatives where Collins was known for supporting legislation aimed at reforming government agencies with a focus on efficiency improvements. "With Doug Collins’ background in both the military and Congress, he is an ideal choice to serve as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs."

On February 5, 2025, Rep. Rouzer commented on Pam Bondi's confirmation hearing for Attorney General. He commended her legal expertise and previous tenure as Florida's Attorney General as evidence of her capability to manage state-level legal issues effectively."Pam Bondi proved during her confirmation hearing she is capable and qualified to serve and succeed as Attorney General."
