Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. John Zemlin and Louise J. Zemlin” the undersigned commissioner will on the 15th day of July, 2022, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon, the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL # 157GD009:
Lot 9, Section 26
BEGINNING at an iron on the southern right-of-way of South Shore Drive, said iron being south 50 degrees 30 minutes 09 seconds east 20 feet from the P.C. of curve number ten, thence from the beginning south 60 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds east 80 feet to an iron, thence south 21 degrees 25 minutes 27 seconds west 200 feet to an iron, thence north 60 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds west 135.91 feet to an iron, thence north 37 degrees29 minutes 47 seconds east 200 feet to the BEGINNING, being lot 9 as shown on plat entitled, “Section 26, Part I, Boiling Spring Lakes,” which is to be recorded at a later date.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
